I recently purchased a new heating and air conditioning system for my condominium. The system was installed in April of 2018. Then for no reason at all it would reset itself causing the temp to rise in my condo. Two different technicians came out (twice each) and still didn’t fix the issue. A third technician came and actually made it worse. I called very upset and was helped by Lucus who was very nice and he arranged himself to come to my home and bring technician Thomas B. A few ideas were tossed around between the two of them and a few things were tried. This resulted in Thomas B. coming a total of 5 times over a course of a week. I have to hand it to Thomas B. and his tenacious dedication and wanting to make the problem right. Thomas finally has the system running and we seem to be running at temp in the condo and our frustration level has calmed down. Thomas is a very helpful and professional member of the McCarthy team.

Mohamed arrived on time and was very knowledgeable regarding to the HVAC system. Mohamed explained to me on how my HVAC system operates and offered great suggestions on how to increase my system efficiency and was to lower my utility bill. Mohamed also discussed with me on how to make my home safer regarding using a gas HVAC system. We want to let you know how pleased we are with the service we've received lately from your company. For some reason, we have had a number of plumbing issues come up in the recent weeks, and we have thus called on you for help at least three times in the past month. Bryan Caine has been particularly helpful, beginning with a visit to clear a clogged toilet, and most recently to install a new one. He was courteous, and good natured about having to carry the equipment up two sets of challenging stairs. He did a great job both times, and cleaned up better than I would have myself. We thought you'd like to know that you have in us some very satisfied and appreciative customers.

I don't typically write thank-you letters because I usually don't receive service worthy of praise. However, I would like to pay a compliment to your installers, Rick Stuck and Rich Hanson, for the excellent installation work that was performed at my home last month. My main concern was that the relatively new carpet in the basement would be kept clean. As I had asked, the installers wrapped the old furnace in the plastic and swept out the furnace room during the job. This attention to detail made the whole process much more tolerable; the reduced temperature in my office/attic made the purchase worth the money! While I am sure that the majority of your homeowner customers are buying furnaces in emergency situations, adding this small service to your normal installation will ensure you remain ahead of the competition.

I recently had a Trane heat pump installed at my residence. I want to compliment your company on its most important commodity - your skilled technician team - from the driver delivering equipment, HVAC technicians Kirby and Rich, and Patrick for the duct cleaning. All of these individuals were courteous and professional. Kirby and Rich were very diligent in installing the equipment and running new lines through the house with the least amount of cutting through drywall. Richard Harry, comfot environmental specialist estimator, was excellent on his advice regarding my particular needs in replacing my existing unit. Employees like these are hard to find and should be recognized for a job well done.
